I could never and will never recommend Carolinas Restoration to anyone. They failed my family as customers, homeowners, and a (now deployed) veteran in significant ways. ServePro (mitigation service) will tell you that CR is their sister company, and they will encourage you to use them. Do not use Carolinas Restoration (CR) unless you are prepared to be disappointed and discouraged. This company assigned a project manager to my job that did not manage. At the first meeting, he stated he would bring over door samples and floor samples. After a week, I called him asking when he would be available to bring over the materials. He first told me, via text message, to go to a showroom and look at the displays. When I asked for other options I received a text messages of images and instructed to look at Home Depot or Lowe’s to look at the options for cabinets and floors.
