I don’t know if it’s COVID or people not wanting to do their jobs to the fullest but other than the Main Hospital Atrium Health workers and therapists, the receptionists across the board lack details on appointments which is important due to scheduling on the clients side. They also speak with a sense of fear and trembling over this Coronavirus. I feel uneasy everytime I walk into one of their facilities due to the interactions with receptionists.
