I am not at all happy with how they treated my mom who was there for a stroke rehabilitation. First the doctor failed to notify me when my mom had a fever the previous night, I found out thru a nurse the morning after when she told me. They lacked communication. Second as soon as my mom was sent to the ER because she vomited blood, they quickly packed up her belongings and made the room available for the next patient, and disposed of her walking cane and a flower pot that was a gift. The care here has been EXCELLENT!!! Dr. Bach & Dr. Trabulci are gifted physicians and combine common sense, along with their medical knowledge, to treat each patient individually!! PT/OT are exceptional! My husband has improved dramatically in every area. The atmosphere is filled with kindness and respect, as well as genuine care and compassion from the kitchen, cleaning personnel and, the nurses & CNAs! There aren't enough words to express how blessed & fortunate my husband has been to receive such outstanding care!

Omg where do I start?! This facility staff is absolutely phenomenal! The entire Therapy Department is so positive and encouraging. They come up with creative ideas to help you reach your goals during sessions. Jack was my primary PT and he rose to every challenge with me and my progression. My primary OT was Dominique and she made sure I stayed on task with unforgettable sessions. Really hit or miss either way staff. Night shift has a real attitude and unwillingness to explain. Always slow to appear for calls which is concerning since most of these patients have impaired movement
