The staff really care about their patients!
Knowledgeable and caring staff
I don’t want to punish the staff (who are fantastic) by lowering the rating, but… Finding the office is a nightmare. There was nobody to direct us to the right location. We arrived at the same time as several other people and we were all just wandering around the buildings. It might be ok for the young and healthy, but for seniors or those with mobility issues it is utterly unacceptable. I know healthcare is for profit, but for God’s sake recruit some volunteers to staff the empty information desks.
