I had a deeply disappointing experience with Tamara at this rehab center. In my opinion, she demonstrated a concerning lack of empathy and professionalism throughout my physical therapy sessions. I was receiving treatment for lower back issues, and rather than offering encouragement, her repeated remarks such as “Oh, you’re not that strong” and “you could have done better” came across as dismissive and discouraging. I was skeptical at first about physical therapy. I have been suffering with back pain since 2000. I didn’t believe in physical therapy back then. My TMJ pain started about two years ago. I have been struggling and trying to manage the pain myself, using sometimes ibuprofen and icy hot. Dr. Napenas talked me in to going to physical therapy and I decided to give it a try.
