Went here following knee replacement surgery, I am very happy with the care I got here, they paid close attention to my pain levels and made sure they figured out the best plan to get me back up and around as quickly as we safely could. Huge shout out to Gianpiero and Jaclyn, they were wonderful to work with
Rhonda, the receptionist, was great! She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. She explained everything in perfect detail to me from all the paperwork I had to fill out to making sure I knew and fully understood everything. The place itself is a super clean facility. It's located in Indian Trail in a small shopping center but very easy to find. My appointment was early in the morning, so there were plenty of parking spots to choose from. First off, the other reviews are NOT for this facility. This is not a nursing/rehab place. It's a stand alone PT practice that see's out patients only. I have coming for 15 yrs, for various injuries. Everyone is amazing, front desk, PT and other office staff. I highly recommend this location.
