Rhonda, the receptionist, was great! She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. She explained everything in perfect detail to me from all the paperwork I had to fill out to making sure I knew and fully understood everything. The place itself is a super clean facility. It's located in Indian Trail in a small shopping center but very easy to find. My appointment was early in the morning, so there were plenty of parking spots to choose from. First off, the other reviews are NOT for this facility. This is not a nursing/rehab place. It's a stand alone PT practice that see's out patients only. I have coming for 15 yrs, for various injuries. Everyone is amazing, front desk, PT and other office staff. I highly recommend this location.
My mom passed away here in 2016. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. The staff was not very friendly and were not very available when needed. The iv alarm went off for HOURS and we never had anyone come check on her, even after we rang for them and I went to the nurses station to get their attention. Wish there was something other than 1 star.
