Dr. Booth and his team were amazing (they even called to check on me after. From start to finish my whole appointment was great. the ladies up front were super nice. Once I got to the back the assistant helping with my extraction was super nice and explained everything. Dr. Booth answered all my questions, & made me feel safe enough to do a procedure I had been putting off for years so Thank you guys!
Wonderful treatment for a painful tooth requiring extraction. Great location with elevator access. Clean well equipped. Thoughtful compassionate staff. Dr. Booth's bedside manner was reassuring and I felt comfortable during a complicated extraction. I appreciate being referred by Dr. Zambrowski to this office.
Updated 11/21/2025 They still have not refunded our insurance company for the erroneous charge and do not return phone calls. Will be reporting fraud to NCDOI. Medical staff, doctor and procedure was fine. Billing and office staff extremely deficient. Billed my husband and me for the same procedure even though my husband wasn't even a patient. Tried to resolve, wouldn't let me talk to billing because they were "remote". Said would t be resolved for weeks?! It has been a month, no answer to phone or call backs after messages.... read more
Excellent care and communication! Carolina Oral and Facial Surgery provided a great experience from start to finish. The team at the Porter's Neck location was kind and professional. My dental assistant, Erika, and Dr. Booth did a wonderful job explaining everything that would take place, reviewed my X-rays with me, and even showed me the tooth after the extraction.
