I chosed this place for my brother in law who when septic and developed DKA he was at Novant for a month an almost died, he was transferred to a rehab facility. I wanted him to be seen by a Neprologist right away and a regret chosing Carolina Nephrology I got there early to fill the paper work, no one at the front desk later on I found out he is running this clinic all by himself no nurse no one but him. I regret choosing this place for my appointment. I only went because they had an earlier availability than the clinic my doctor originally referred me to, but that decision turned out to be a huge mistake. From the start, they made me pay upfront, claiming they had checked with my insurance and I had a "big deductible." They assured me they would submit the claim and let me know how much I was responsible for.
