I would not recommend using the Virtual Visit. I had a severe reaction to Poison Ivey and was afraid I would wake up the next day with it in my eyes. I chose the virtual visit because my regular doctor couldn't see me until the next day. I set up the App on my phone, paid $49, and saw the doctor virtually. I was told to head to the pharmacy that he was sending in my prescription immediately. I waited at the pharmacy for 1 1/2 hours, no prescription. Visit was great - except the PA had my wrong DOB and called an Rx in that could not be filled because of this. so ... still without meds after 3 days
Incredible health care
Would not recommend using virtual visit. I used virtual visit and was charged the $49 fee, which was fine except that I never received my prescription and when I called back, the new provider would not re-send my prescription. I emailed the manager of virtual visit with no response. Save your money. Use other means for healthcare.
