Office is not clear on charges and bill for other services that didn’t take place. Then you call and get the run around with a bill you didn’t expect. Also to be told if you didn’t have insurance your bill would be half the amount. Never going back!!!
This rehab facility exceeded our expectations. Dr. Thomas was my son’s doctor and he was awesome! He is very detailed and takes time to answer all your questions or concerns. The physical therapist that worked with my son was Blair and she was AMAZING! She truly is a great person and cares about the patients and it shows. She is very passionate about what she does and had a lot of patience with my son, “ Cam the Man.” She helped him tremendously and we are grateful for what she did for him. I am currently in the hospital rehab in Pineville now for a stroke I had last week. I was absolutely terrified of not knowing what to expect well I was met with love and compassion it still that way all nurses are amazing!!! Techs to therapy top notch if you ever need rehab you will not find better !! Been here all week .
