I have had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Carolina Fertility Institute. About six months ago, I first contacted this clinic to schedule an appointment, and since then, it has been an ongoing struggle to communicate with their staff and receive any meaningful assistance. I was referred to this institute by my nurse practitioner, and although someone initially called me back, I have spent months trying to reconnect, access my patient portal, and move forward with the process, without success. 10/10 best place and super grateful for Dr. Y. I started going to this office once my multiple attempts at IUIs didn't work. I was able to go to this office and do a retrieval and an IVF transfer and was successfully. My son is currently 20 months. I've recently went back for another IVF transfer last week. Now I haven't had any complications or anything bad happen with this office or with any of my procedures.
ALEXIS SO RUDE! Every time I speak with her it’s rude, run around information, insulting to my intelligence. Some of the things she has said are just unprofessional. Please get her additional training as she is not capable of patient interaction. I’m won’t disclose what was said due to me still trying to get my appointment squared away but I hate interacting with her.
