Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this clinic. I would not recommend. Getting someone on the phone to answer a simple question takes days. Medication is sent to my pharmacy without anyone notifying you of what it is or why you need to take it. Infertility is emotionally taxing and being treated at an office where what to expect next is not communicated well or takes you leaving a message to be updated is incredibly frustrating. Irony is the only thing fertile at Carolinas Fertility Institute. They “specialize” in helping people have babies, but treat patients as if WE were born yesterday. This is honestly one of the most unprofessional, impersonal, non-communicative health facilities I’ve ever visited. My wife & I showed up about 5 minutes early for our first appointment, and were told that the doctor was an hour behind and that we could either come back in an hour, or reschedule. I love the CFI staff and community. They are always there to answer questions and reassure you of things. The Greensboro office is the main office that I visit and the staff are always wonderful. Sometimes the wait time is a little longer but where do you go where you do not have to wait.

10/10 recommend CFI and Dr. Yalcinkaya! We were referred to his office in 2020 when we were trying to get pregnant. Dr. Y was so patient and informative throughout the process. We typically were seen at the Greensboro office, but did travel to the Winston-Salem office periodically. The staff at both offices are absolutely amazing. I would recommend CFI again and again!
