If I could give a half of a star I would. That Debbie is so rude and that Dr Ponde really needs to go back to her country because she doesn't know how to help people. I guess she is use to treating animals and that is all she knows. They don't know how to treat people
They only received a one because no stars wasn’t allowed. I was a new patient who was referred and give a 6 MONTH wait for an appointment only to be sent a letter in the mail notifying me the doctor I had chosen had left the practice and now I would be seeing Dr. Ponde, which I had no issue with. I then receive a call TWO weeks before my appointment to be told my appointment would need to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts. Very nice and caring doctors. But the office staff ecspecially the lady who handles appointments over the phone, she is very unfriendly and condescending. On more than a few occassions.
