Unprofessional, dishonest, and a total waste of time. Avoid Carolina Collision. Our car was repaired here in August, and almost a full year later, we’re still chasing them to fix problems that were clearly caused by their shop. They installed a damaged engine harness, which Mazda later confirmed was cut, frayed, and improperly repaired. A couple of years ago I was rear ended and had my bumper repaired at CC. More recently, I noticed my bumper was peeling and a huge piece of paint flew off with little provocation. I reached out to Jason and Rick. They had me come in, got me shuttled home, and when I returned from Charlotte, she was good as new. Great staff, excellent communication, and a fantastic shuttle service to and from the collision center.
I can’t say enough great things about them! They worked on my car after a hit and run. So friendly and fast. They kept me informed through the whole process and was ready on time.
Rick, Katie and team are fabulous. They make an accident where you’re just trying to work your way back up to a zero a seamless service. Their communication is fabulous and I trust them so much I wish I could go back for regular maintenance. Really an incredible experience with personalized customer service. Thanks so much.
