Bought a new Ford from Capital and the buying experience was great. I had a few spots that I wanted taken care of as they should have not made it through Fords quality control. Isaac my sales person was great and got it sent to the collision center. I had mentioned the front bumper and headlights not being aligned with the fender, a spot of rust on the passenger front door under the weather seal, the rear bumper being crooked and a dent and chip in the paint above the drivers front door.
