If only I could give more than 5 stars! When I say they go above and beyond, I mean TOTALLY ABOVE AND BEYOND! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this business! Thanks for everything!!!
Great service and Rusty kept me apprised at all stages of the repairs.
My insurance provider, Nationwide, recommended Carolinas Collision Center of Wake Forest for repair work on our Chevy truck. Rusty was assigned to our claim, and I am grateful for that. He was professional and kept us in the loop and assisted with repair options as well. I hope I don't have the need for vehicle repair work anytime soon; however, if I do, I would absolutely go back to Carolinas Collision Center of Wake Forest.
Great service all around. My associate Noelle was on the ball with timely updates and just educating me on there process. Super responsive and efficient. Highly recommend!
