I'm a USAA policy holder and the Carolina Collison Center Wake Forest is their certified repair center for my area. Our customer experience and repair outcome was outstanding. Highly recommend!
The customer service here is amazing! The people who work here are very kind, helpful and can make the best out of a bad situation. My car was towed here and deemed totaled. CCC made the whole process easy and walked me through step by step what to do and even gave me advice on where to buy a new car. I can't speak highly enough about them and how they really made one of my worst experiences a lot better.
Carolinas Collision did some warrenty body work for me on a new vehicle. From start ti finish they were awesome! Outstanding customer service, kept me updated on the progress and let me know as soon as it was complete. 10/10 recommend and if I need any future body, will for sure be coming here. Thanks guys!
Carolinas Collision Ctr of WF repaired my vehicle following a collision. Our car had a smashed tail light and and a pretty badly scratched up bumper, so I wasn't sure what to expect going in to the process. Stephen Pitz was incredibly nice to work with, talking through the options and making everything clear.
