Verrrrrrry nice people very peaceful and personal
Dr Reitter and his staff were very attentive to my needs and questions that I had. Def would recommend
I have been dealing with a constant pain from TMJ and while I will say my issue is still present (i just got a shot that should correct it), these guys have been great to deal with. The nurses ar every friendly and do a good job of informing you of the process and the doctor ive been dealing with is very proffesional while maintaining his compassion which is a lost art in the world of medicine. I hope I never have to deal with this again, but if I do, this is where im going.
I had a great experience with the team and Dr. Reitter today. I specifically appreciated Dr. Reitter’s knowledge about the TMJ pain I’ve been experiencing, he is a true specialist. His thorough exam made me feel confident about my treatment plan going forward.
Calling their customer service is awful! I've had to call a few times I've only got one person that's knowledgeable the two others one man from the Philippines was extremely rude and I was just asking a basic question because I went in and paid my bill here in Columbia South Carolina and I just wanted to make sure it showed up on the system! Could hardly even understand him finally had to ask him like four or five times does it show up in the system the money I just paid for the consolation fee and it took me like five times... read more
