Therapy is hard work, which I know as both a client here and a therapist myself. I'm grateful for the insights I've gained through my work with Tetiana and her endless support. I am also so grateful for Christina, the office admin. Insurance has made the evaluation process a huge pain, but she helped make it smoother through awesome communication and kindness, thank you Christina
I have had a great experience with Tetiana. When I was overwhelmed she helped me with techniques to reduce anxiety and healthy ways to establish boundaries. She is a wealth of information and encourages books aid in understanding.
