Professional and highly focused on delivering exceptional service. They were very respectful of my home and explained each step of the cleaning process. I was provided photos before and after cleaning as well as detailed information on the work performed. The genuine concern for providing high quality service was apparent and is reflected in the many well deserved positive reviews.
Curtis (Director of Operations) and Tyree (lead technician) were awesome and so professional! They did a great job explaining the process and cleaning and sanitizing our HVAC vents! Would def recommend this company.
Awesome service by Carolina Air Duct cleaners. They were proactive in communication, on time and very knowledgeable. Also very honest: Ty reminded me that we also had to do dryer wants, after I had made the payment and he was about to leave, so he got his vacuum cleaner out again and went up the second floor and cleaned the dryer vents. Shows integrity & professionalism! I would definitely rehire them and recommend Carolinas Air Duct Cleaning Services whoever is looking for it.
