My first visit 2 months ago was great. Dr Harris was wonderful, however I had an appointment today, I got the text to check in the day before, which I did. I went to the office and checked in at the front desk. After an hour waiting I checked with the receptionist to inquire what was taking so long. She said Dr Harris was out of town and my appointment was supposed to be canceled. I dont know why I was checked in, when she wasn't it town. Dr. McGillick and his staff are extraordinary. He remained focused on the issues I had at the time, which was staghorns in both kidneys and I was very sick. I would recommend him to anyone.
Mom was seen by Dr. INGRAM. They did a biopsy on my mother's bladder cause they thought she may have bladder cancer. Well, said she could bleed a little for a few days till it heals. That was May 2nd 2025. Today is June 24th 2025, my mother has tried to call 2 times about the uncontrollable bleeding and never has called her back, leading to having to take her to the ER twice for peeing out nothing but blood.
