Our office visit was a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Although we were there for an unpleasant circumstance, nurse Holly made the visit joyful & shown true compassion towards my father. It’s extremely nice to see a nurse who takes such pride in her job.
You would think healthcare workers, especially those providing women’s healthcare, would approach patients with more compassion and respect. I understand that healthcare can be stressful and that providers are often overworked, but that’s never an excuse to treat patients with rudeness or dismissiveness during such a vulnerable time. Tonna consistently provides expert care, performing a critical treatment efficiently and relatively pain free.
This is a great place to come to for urology services! The providers are excellent and very knowledgeable. It is a Friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful and make the experience a comfortable one.
