My husband had a procedure done. They would not let me inside. Granted it was pouring down rain, thundering and lightning and I had to wait outside. But, another women was allowed to go in with her husband. Rude.
I called three times, all different weeks about a referral i had. Lady on the phone is so rude and unhelpful. It’s almost like they don’t want to do their job.
Terrible! I have been calling all day to speak to someone about my daughter's appointment. Both numbers for Western and Freedom Way! I was hung up on once and the rest of the times, no answer. If I could give them a zero, I would.
I can’t give a one star. After being laid on since December, we’re now in March, I got a voicemail stating they’re ready to see me as a patient. I called them back and they tell me no provider wants to see me. That’s the third surgeon in North Carolina that would not see me of Veteran. This is if they don’t wanna take my insurance yet people complain about TRICARE well Caroline East you messed with the wrong person.
