They will never answer there phones
This used to a wonderful office—personnel available to set up appointments and to answer calls. This is impersonal and has no customer service when it is nothing more than a voice mail machine. I loved the care I have received the times I have had to be seen, including going to OT for several weeks. But this no office personnel to answer calls and set up appointments is insulting
In December I received a Tricare Referral in Dec. 2024. Until March 2025 I called weekly to schedule an appt. March 4 2025 I received a call their provider will see me (voice mail). I called back and was told none of their providers are willing to see me and they apologize. How could you put someone on for three months and then tell them no.
Cant get anyone to answer the phone at Jacksonville office. Have called off and on all day. Please get an answering service at least. Not the first time this has happened
