In December I received a Tricare Referral in Dec. 2024. Until March 2025 I called weekly to schedule an appt. March 4 2025 I received a call their provider will see me (voice mail). I called back and was told none of their providers are willing to see me and they apologize. How could you put someone on for three months and then tell them no.
Cant get anyone to answer the phone at Jacksonville office. Have called off and on all day. Please get an answering service at least. Not the first time this has happened
DO NOT DO NOT go here. Go anywhere else. I had an xray done on Friday here. It is now Wednesday afternoon and they are telling me 1. They don't have a radiologist they use and 2. I cannot have a copy of my XRAY/report. I am in severe pain. This place is ridiculous and a joke of a medical facility. Do NOT use Carolina East ANYTHING!!! If I could give -0 stars, I would.
