I understand not seeing patients out of a certain area but why would the clinic not call and explain that, instead have me ping-pong between different people until I landed to someone named Shannon or Sharon. She is incredibly rude and not understanding at all. She does not explain why they won’t accept patients even if I am 5 minutes from their county border. These are people’s lives and health you’re being so dismissive and rude about. At this point even if the clinic did accept me for care I would not go.
Dr. William Taylor is awesome! Very caring & professional. The nurses & staff are pretty awesome as well.
Very nice place, the staff are terrific and I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor than Dr Gorman. He is very knowledgeable and caring and respects his patients.
Dr Carroll is GREAT. She put me through two years of tests to make sure we received the correct answers and diagnosis. Her bedside manner is above reproach. Her staff is friendly and bends over backwards to assist me.
Extremely disappointed with this clinic. We were referred here for care, only to be told they wouldn't accept us simply because we live in Onslow County. No explanation beyond, "We do not service Onslow County." It’s frustrating and disheartening to be turned away based on location, especially when we were referred by a trusted provider. Healthcare access shouldn’t be limited.
