Dr. Mitchell, Michelle G., Sam and Taylor are all fabulous. Dr. Mitchell has been helping me find something comfortable for my septal perforation, to allow me to breathe better, so I can avoid surgery. He has gone out of his way to make sure we find what works for me. I have never been the type to complain or share my opinion with a doctor, out of fear of rejection, but Dr. Mitchell is open to hearing me and helps find solutions for my discomfort. After months of not being taken seriously by my primary care physician, I was finally referred to Carolina East ENT for a swollen lymph node. From my very first appointment with Dr. Wilson, the care I received was unparalleled. I have been a patient at this office for years. Since it changed to Carolina East, it is not the same. It’s not a friendly environment. I like the allergy nurses ok, except Vickie was the best. She made you feel so welcome and important. I don’t like the Carolina East outfit; it ms all about money. I am a severe allergy patient, so I have to have the shots. I just don’t feel welcome here. Michelle is also very good, but she is sent all over the place all the time.

i was hesitant in coming here based on reviews and i shouldn’t listened to my gut. i saw dr James David Wilson and i usually go out of my way to avoid male doctors because they’re extremely dismissive and that’s exactly what he was. after three ER trips for the worst ear infection of my life and multiple of them in the span of a year i was brushed off and told to not sleep with wet hair (rarely do plus my hair is just below my ears but WHATEVER). anyways save your time and money when it comes to this office. id rather chop o... read more

My daughter had an appointment here they waited an hr before the appointment to tell me my referral was sent in wrong and it was advised I didn’t be seen today. To try to get me to cancel they then told me Medicaid doesn’t cover the reason my child needed to be seen ,she has an upper lip tie. I was given an option to come in or not I told them I would still like to be seen.
