I dont ever give bad reviews I also care for patients, and would never treat anyone this way . I went in today with my 80 year old patient, and saw Dr. Michael Rave, MD. We wanted her ears cleaned. in the past this helped her so much she went every 6 months and had a deep cleaning ( her old guy retired) . we drove 45 min to do this also when I talked to the lady that I made the appointment with this was the reason we were coming. I have seen Mary Harrell twice. Each time, she has been so personable, and really listens to my needs. I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and quite humorous-which are traits missing in most offices these days. She spent time with me, looked at me when we spoke, and of course took care of my problem-with no pain!! That’s a plus! I’ll keep her!
I was happy with the doctor and staff. I got in right away and the doctor did not rush the appointment. He got me in for a nasal scan the next week. I am going back to him in April.
A complete waist of time and money. This doctors arrogance is beyond acceptable. Weeks of waiting for a referral after months of dealing with an issue. Now I have the enjoyment of waiting even longer for another referral. Save yourself the headache, make the trip to Greeneville.
Would give it zero stars if I could. I went a couple of years ago for multiple issues that they only tested for allergies and then gave up? I reached out and never heard back multiple times. I found a different ENT and I’m extremely thankful. They’ve already found issues that should have been found by the ENT here. The doctor is also very lacking in the empathy department, when I was told that my MRI was clear of tumors the doctor made it sound like I should not have been worried, and I should not have been relieved that the... read more
