I’ve not only been helping my husband through horrific cancer the last two months but also have been dealing with pain in my neck and ears for just as long once point where I’m having hearing issues and getting no sleep. If you like to sit for 45 minutes to 1 hour in the waiting room for appointment this is the place to go! However YOU better not be 15 minutes late or they won’t see you. Oh and don’t have an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon you won’t get a call until Monday afternoon after stating we’ll have the on call notified.
Don't waste your time. Find somewhere else if you have the option. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. The wait time to have anything done is insane. I waited over a month for an audiology appointment only to have them cancel morning of then not be able to reschedule me for another month. Meanwhile Im losing hearing at intermittent times, having sharp pains in the ear in question and having liquid like drainage.
