Brent and Mike was very accommodating on our request. Thief knowledge of the process, and product were excellent! They even gave some advice and recommendations. The work crew were also great! They were very fast, efficient, punctual, and also very accommodating. I will must definitely will recommend them to any one I know and will hire again if we need their services.

From the initial call to installation my husband and I wanted to compliment you on the excellent job done . They were so curious to the fact that after getting the estimated we had to wait, to have the installation done. They were understating and once we contacted them to install they keep us informed of times when installation could begin. Excellent workmanship! Looks Great and will definitely be referring them.

I highly recommend Carolina Wood Fence. Received white glove service from start to finish. I contacted CWF for an estimate and the owner Mike promptly contacted me and came out and gave me an estimate. Mike explained the work to be completed including all timelines from having utilities Marked, ordering materials, to the installation of the fence. Awful company!!!!! Mike, father of Brent and owner, is unprofessional and clearly has an issue with women. He was disrespectful and rude to me multiple times when discussing issues on their end with why my fence was not being completed properly. I was also told my fence would be completed Friday, then they didn't have enough material or the right gate so then I was told it would be completed Tuesday or Wednesday by the latest and it is Wednesday and still is not completed. We hired this company based on their ratings which is falsely rated. Brent is rated from his Father's past business and he is misrepresenting this company and destroying any creditability that his Father built over 30 years. We paid the company to install a privacy vinyl fence which was costing us over $10k. Brent hired installers that had no experience to install this fence- Brent blamed everyone other than him when we had issues- this fence has 6 ft panels and the installers cut down the panel and gave me different sizes. ... read more
