Horrible experience no compassion nor care whatsoever. I brought my daughter in and was treated like a dog. I will not recommend this place to anyone.Very poor treatment management isn’t any better. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. The nurse practitioner ignored my daughters medical needs.

I have had four Pregnancies and never went to an OB like this went there before for a past pregnancy and also felt the same uncomfortable feeling I only missed two appointments so the doctor called and said I had Minimum prenatal care just for missing two appointments That’s crazy Saying that the doctors are uncomfortable working with me if I miss another appointment so may the decision to no longer go to them Also, after ultrasounds, they make you wait in a the waiting room for 30 or 20 minutes. I see Dr. Lambert had a hysterectomy recently having some complications. She is very proactive and very caring jumps on things immediately and very thorough. She is honestly the best OGBYN.

My wife and I called to schedule an appointment. I was on the other line while the call happened. The lady who answered the phone did not identify herself she was not helpful at all she did not explain anything of what to expect and when we asked for a price she said $900 we asked about any payment options she said no it is what it is. 1 this is lexington health practice they take payments. 2 this is literally 3x the price as prisma. Thats wild and we will not be using this facility due to this interaction and price.

I found nothing to complain about. Dr. Sarmiento was thorough and knowledgeable, and cool in a crisis. I would certainly recommend her.
