If I could give a 0 rating I would this office doesn’t even deserve a 1. I give a warning to all pregnant women DO NOT GO HERE!! They will lie, gaslight and manipulate you! They do not actually review or pay attention to your medical records. They will not give you proper care listen to your concerns and just dismiss you. If you are a high risk patient they will not properly care for you either and waste your time! Management is horrible, doctors and some of the nurses are rude, liars and they take things personally! Dr. Hicks is amazing! She actually listens to your concerns. Mrs. Jerry was incredibly helpful with scheduling my hysterectomy. Mrs. Andy is on top of things with issues with prescriptions. Every staff member that I have had interacted with are so nice and friendly. Dr. Hicks herself called me days after having the surgery to ask me how I am feeling and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was really shocked when the dr herself took the time to call me. I’ve been coming to Womens Vista for over 9yrs and this place is amazing unfortunately Dr. Moore retired and now I started seeing Dr. Reed and today was my second visit with her and she took the time to listen to my concerns. Also had a mammogram done on the same day and office, nothing like a one stop shop. Thank you again
I love Carolina Women's it'll always hold a special place in my heart! They cared for me with 2/3 of my boys 19 month age difference after all that the entire staff feels like family. Dr. Reid has the best bed side manner she was my assigned doctor for both pregnancies but I also can't recommend Dr. Hicks, Dr. Lambert, and Dr. Jones enough.
