I transferred with Dr Jones back over 18 years ago to this office from Baptist and sad to say how the office staff and service is so poor now. It's clear they are not in it for helping n support women. My recent appointment I felt unwelcomed from the front desk staff to the nurse to being pressured to have a non required surgery. Safe to say I will be finding a new doctor. Women please always advocate for yourself and get second opinions even if they have been your doctor for years.
The only good thing to come out of my experience with CWP is, as a young woman, I learned I can advocate for myself and find new providers. When I expressed concerns about difficulty to conceive, Dr. Jennifer Green told me she “could not in good conscience” prescribe something like Clomid until I lost at least forty pounds. That bigger women meant bigger babies and potential complications. If I could give a 0 rating I would this office doesn’t even deserve a 1. I give a warning to all pregnant women DO NOT GO HERE!! They will lie, gaslight and manipulate you! They do not actually review or pay attention to your medical records. They will not give you proper care listen to your concerns and just dismiss you. If you are a high risk patient they will not properly care for you either and waste your time! Management is horrible, doctors and some of the nurses are rude, liars and they take things personally!
