I received a bill from a collection agency, but bill was paid a few months ago. No website for Carolina West Radiology to research why they referred my account to collections! No answer to phone call! Very poor billing and customer service.
Trying to pay my bill. No online option. No one answers the phone. Good thing medical bills don't effect credit anymore. I think I'll keep my money.
Random bills not submitted to insurance, that would be covered. Seems like double billing. No website to verify anything. Nobody answers the phone.
