Absolutely would not recommend!Extremely unprofessional, very poor quality of work, and they performed work that was not requested, approved, or wanted. They did not take any pictures of anything. So I dug it back up to inspect the repair and found that they left a wide open cavity underneath the waterline repair. As you can see from their email. Apparently, they decide what projects I am doing on my own property and decided to fill it in. On top of that, they had the audacity to complain about how hard dirt is.

Called Dan at Carolina Heating and Plumbing in an emergency. He was here within an hour, problem fixed in just under two hours! Great job Dan! Thank you for all your efforts to solve our issue!
