I reached out to CWDR to help with a water leak and suspected mold growth as my breathing was being affected. They were super responsive and came out that day to do an inspection. They then began the mold mitigation process and were excellent at communicating with me on what to expect the entire process as well as the timelines necessary to get job done. I'm so thankful to have found Carolina Water Damage Restoration - I had a major flood in my basement and was so overwhelmed and upset. They quickly came in (that same night!), assessed what would need to be done, gave a quick and accurate quote, and had everything cleaned up and done the next day. He was even super friendly with my kids and dog and it was truly a great experience all around - I can't believe what started as one of the worst days of home-ownership thus far turned out so well. Highly recommend!
