My office space had a couple inches of standing water from a leak in my neighbor's suite. I called Carolina Water Damage Restoration of Charlotte, and Jake was on site in under an hour. He was able to get my entire suite bone dry, inspected for damage, even made the necessary repairs. He handled everything very professionally and super easy in case an insurance claim needed to be filed. I hardly leave reviews, but I was so pleased I took the time to let others know you can count on Jake to get the job done!

I reached out to CWDR to help with a water leak and suspected mold growth as my breathing was being affected. They were super responsive and came out that day to do an inspection. They then began the mold mitigation process and were excellent at communicating with me on what to expect the entire process as well as the timelines necessary to get job done.
