Was due a refund for 54.00 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. Numerous attempts to call company and left messages with no response.
i was told by the company itself that as of September first they would be under new management due to them selling their company and then 2 weeks ago i was informed by the so called new manager that he backed out of the deal and when trying to call them to find out about my service and pickup their answering machine had been disconnected..a few days later the number had been disconnected altogether...and all i was trying to do was pay my bill.. and its the only company i know thats open for 3 hours from 6pm till 9pm at night... read more
Stop picking up trash on time then don't answer when you call and will turn off answering machine. Wish I knew anyone else who picks up in faison nc
