I am leaving this review to share an experience involving a staff interaction, not to criticize the business as a whole. I recently contacted Professional Eye Care in Elizabethtown to confirm whether my minor child attended an eye appointment that I personally scheduled. I retain parental rights. During the call, the representative, Veronica immediately stated that she could not provide any information due to HIPAA. I love my doctor, Dr. Huggins, sweet, patient, and caring. I will keep him. The rest is the worst I've experienced in a long time. I have been chasing these folks for 2 months to get my glasses, visiting the Elizabethtown office severally, I even sent my husband to check for me. Called the Clinton office severally, to be put on hold and told we will call you back. Now, the glasses are in Benson, I pray I receive them before my prescription expires.
