We love the staff ! Dr. Penka and Dr. Younger are as wonderful as the ladies at the front desk! My family is blessed to have had them for so many years.
This place has my glasses pickup and this is the second time I've driven 30 minutes only to find the office closed without any notifications when it says their online and I was told earlier in the week I can pick my glasses up. I've wasted two hours of my life, the gas it took to get here, and have had headaches for two weeks. Thanks guys.
Unethical practices
My boyfriend got his glasses through Carlina vision. Excellent work crew. Ten+10
Unfortunately I'm changing to a 3 star. While my entire family ADORED Dr. Penka, she's no longer our doctor because of one missed appointment. It was never verified online and wasn't scheduled so we missed it. Thry have us down as a no call/no show so no more Dr. Penka. Completely unfair to those who have been patients for over 7 years. Time to look for another provider, sadly.
