The office staff and optometrist were very friendly. They do seem short staffed with their in house opticians, which is why I’m leaving a 4 star review . I ended up taking my prescription to a different establishment because of the wait and inconvenience factor.
This used to be a great office. I'm not sure what's happened .but if you need glasses fast. Do not go here...twice now they say they will be there in a week...nope almost 3 weeks for my glasses. My father in law was told 2 weeks ...now we are told next Thursday....which would be 3 weeks if they even come in then. It has now been a month still no glass...asked for a refund and was hung up on .. Just an update ...it's been 3 weeks since I left this review and still no glasses!!
