Lot rent has increased twice in eighteen months. Rules have changed both times. New park manager rides around all day stalking the tenants. There are no park amenities. Most tenants are on fixed incomes and can't afford to move out but are now faced with fines they can't afford to pay. There is no peace in the park due to the constant harassment of management. Eviction notices posted within days of your first late payment and they are evicting during the pandemic.
Trying to evict tenants during this state of emergency (covid-19)? I hope someone is able to pursue legal action against this business. Sickening and distasteful. A tenant just posted y’all’s FAKE eviction notice to the public (it was not a court ordered eviction, it had their business letter head and was not signed by any judge and gave her FIVE days to vacate for unpaid APRIL’s lot rent, when it’s April 11th at the time of this posting).
