Very knowledgeable and caring
I will never forget or forgive them for how they treated us during an emergency for our Fur baby late Sunday night! I called before I came explaining the issue and not once was it mentioned that we would need to deposit $2000 before they would see my dog. When we got there I knew that my baby was in bad shape because he was very lethargic and not very responsive, we just wanted him to be looked at to see if anything could've been done. They managed to make the loss of our Nysie even worse. After spending over $8k trying to make her well and admitting to the inevitable that she would not pull through we went with an urn and paw for us to remember her. They canceled the paw. Our last thing of her is now forever gone as is her. I will not bring another of our pets to this place.

There is one doctor there that's nice and has a heart. Receptionist not so friendly. If I could have spoken with the doctor earlier my dog would still be alive. The receptionist wouldn't let me come and work with me. The doctor did. The receptionist is the reason my baby is dead
