We had to prepay our exam visit at the time of scheduling the appointment ($231). Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly and brought to a room. The vet tech didn't introduce herself or give her name. She was polite, though. She took my dog out to weigh her and brought her back, giving her a dog cookie as enticement. She was friendly. When the vet arrived she also didn't introduce herself (Dr. Hinn on her name tag). She didn't know what the issue might be but said she would have to have a biopsy done and that our vet would do... read more
