The doctor and staff were so kind and compassionate caring for my beloved Finney . They were there for me and guided me during the most difficult decision I've had to make. I know it was the right decision, she was loved and couldn't let her suffer. Again, they were there for both us
The staff here is top notch, incredible. They are compassionate, kind, and honestly made a bad situation bearable. While traveling our pup broke a toe. We did have to wait a while after arrival, but I fully understand this is an emergency veterinary facility and emergencies are all the time. McKenzie did our check in and explained the whole process perfectly, Janice Lane did the evaluation and came back in just minutes to let us know our girl broke nearly the whole nail off. Professionals at every level; outstanding, extremely knowledgeable. Emergency visit with our Westie, we were treated with the utmost care and compassion. Would not hesitate to recommend this provider. Dr. Lane and the entire staff were amazing!
Everyone who works at CVCC Are very kind, compassionate, and experienced vets. They took excellent care of my Dexer and explained everything in detail as to his needs and his care. I would definitely recommend anyone with an animal emergency to go to CVCC. 5 Star rating from me
We have used CVCC twice in the last few years. They are AMAZING. Last night, we had Dr Liz Ross and she was fabulous. She was kind, thorough, compassionate and knowledgable. She was busy but gave me, and others that were there, her complete attention. The staff was fabulous and caring. I highly recommend!! Excellent!
