Thank God for Carolina Veterinary Critical Care! Annette, Sarah and Dr Peronie were the answer to our prayers during an after hours emergency with our little 13 year old Mini Schnauzer, Pepper. She needed immediate care and this amazing team of people, and their state of the art facility, were ready to help us.They were kind, caring and professional every step of the way, including their follow in the days afterwards. The staff here is top notch, incredible. They are compassionate, kind, and honestly made a bad situation bearable. While traveling our pup broke a toe. We did have to wait a while after arrival, but I fully understand this is an emergency veterinary facility and emergencies are all the time. McKenzie did our check in and explained the whole process perfectly, Janice Lane did the evaluation and came back in just minutes to let us know our girl broke nearly the whole nail off.
