I work at another clinic in the area but had an emergency after hours on the weekend. I called the office and even though they were busy, they still did what they could to help me! This team truly does anything they can for your pet and I am so grateful for this practice.
The staff and Dr.Lane were wonderful and very caring while they examined Her. Explained in detail what the problem was and what she nedes to do to recover
I didn’t want to make this review, but since I never received a response regarding the concerns I raised, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I was shocked to receive a final bill that was significantly higher than the estimate I was given. I later learned additional imaging had been done overnight, yet no one explained why it was necessary or asked for my approval beforehand. The best thing I can say about this practice is that you can get in. We brought our dog to Dr Matt after a long day at Coastal Veterinary Clinic where he was diagnosed with a liver tumor. He thought surgery was an option but he failed to review labs which indicated our dog was terminally ill and he prolonged the life of our struggling pet which was a miserable experience for our beloved pet, and heartbreaking for us. He caused our dog to needlessly suffer
We were there day before thanksgiving for our dog who was covered in sandspurs (we have a furry dog) but the team there was great! the enthusiasm and comfort they provided us and the dog even at the last moment was excellent. Price wise I found them reasonable for emergency.
