Last year, I scheduled an appointment at Carolina Vein Care because I have been experiencing significant leg pain and wanted a specialist to evaluate both my existing lipedema diagnosis and the varicose veins on the backs of my legs to determine whether there were any serious underlying issues. I will say that the ultrasound technician was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the imaging process. I had excellent results. I would recommend Carolina Vein Care and Aesthetics to anyone needing vein treatment.
Highly recommended this practice for vein care. Everyone is very professional but also very kind and helpful! I never felt rushed of like I was on an assembly line. I was treated like a person, and not just a patient.
Really disappointed. The first visit was great. The lady that did the test on my legs, great lady. Doctor, great. They gave me hope that I could get some relief for my legs and insurance could cover some of it. The receptionist told me it usually take 2 weeks to hear back from Insurance. Three weeks went by no word, I called cvc and they told me the process was denied by my insurance. I called my insurance and I was told it was never sent in for approval . Dr. Jackson was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each process. I had an RF ablation and foam sclerotherapy injections and both procedures went really well. His team of nurses are incredible as well. They were all very pleasant and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedures. Highly recommend.
