Really disappointed. The first visit was great. The lady that did the test on my legs, great lady. Doctor, great. They gave me hope that I could get some relief for my legs and insurance could cover some of it. The receptionist told me it usually take 2 weeks to hear back from Insurance. Three weeks went by no word, I called cvc and they told me the process was denied by my insurance. I called my insurance and I was told it was never sent in for approval . Dr. Jackson was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each process. I had an RF ablation and foam sclerotherapy injections and both procedures went really well. His team of nurses are incredible as well. They were all very pleasant and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedures. Highly recommend.
Dr Parks and her team are absolutely fabulous. She’s very honest and professional. She has an eye for perfection. They make you feel so comfortable! I highly recommend them!
Had a great experience with my multiple procedures. I am so happy with my turnout.
Dr Park and the staff were amazing. Went in for some veins showing on the back of my knee that where causing itching and throbbing. She was able to identify my vein issues and treat all of them on the right leg. 4 weeks after my first ultrasound, 3 weeks after RFA of the GSV and 2 weeks after some sclero and I have tripled my daily steps and exercise.
