Dr. Valdes is amazing! However, the billing department for her practice is awful, I would rate it a Zero which is why I have given 3 stars. Our Dad died in February 2020 and we continue to get phone calls and bills that have been PAID. I have tried everything to get this fixed as it is so painful for our Family.
