Dr. Brightbill is a very caring doctor. He has a great bedside manner in addition to being a very skilled and professional urologist.
Called a couple years ago to schedule an appt and the phone receptionist was extremely uninviting. Completely made me feel uncomfortable. Called again today - same thing. She cuts you off as you are talking and is really snippy. If you’re like me and already nervous to call a doctors office - beware of this place. Trying to call back now to cancel my appointment. The phone receptionist are the voice of the company and she just made me feel as thoughtful I was making a mistake for caring for my husband.

Dr. Brightbill and his staff have always been prompt in seeing me. Dr. Brightbill is professional, but makes me feel comfortable and keeps me informed on all procedures.
