I didn't have a long wait and everyone was very nice.
I didn't have a good experience. Upon going to the back a woman hands me a cup for a urine sample, I told her I guess a sample could be taken from the catheter bag,that I was wearing, she took the cup back. Then I was told that removing the catheter and stents would be uncomfortable, NO it was very painful. The doctors are knowledgeable, professional and curtious though.
I was very pleased with my first experience at Dr. Brightbill’s office. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. My wait time was brief and Dr. Brightbill was very thorough and helpful in explaining what we were doing.
Dr. Brightbill did marvelous job on March 26, 2025. First time meeting him. He explains exactly what he's doing during the entire procedure. Dr. Brightbill was praised for job well done. Thank you again for being patient and understanding. Mrs. English
