wait time was a little long as the practice was very busy. However, the doctor took a long time with me explaining everything in good detail. I was very pleased with his attention to me.
Going to the urologist can be a bit unpleasant but Dr. Brightbill puts you at ease. He takes his time with your appointment. He explains everything he's doing and what comes next. I've only had my initial evaluation but I feel very good about my choice of doctors.
Carolina Urology Dr. Keith Brightbill. Takes whatever time is needed to fully discuss things. Has been my Urologist for 15 to 20 years now. Apparently a very popular Doctor so sometimes takes a little while to get routine visits, but when I’ve needed to talk, has always been very responsive. Takes appropriate actions when and as needed. Doesn't continue to wait around and wait around.
My appointment with Dr. Morrison at Carolina Urology was for 3:50 pm. I’m on a walker but found a comfortable chair with arms in the waiting room. I was called on time and saw Dr. Morrison after a few minutes. Per usual, he explained things so I could understand and answered all my questions. In addition, he accomodated my schedule for scheduling a procedure. I give him 5 stars that are well deserved.
