Referred by my doctor's office. Made appt....Closer to date, I received an email to fill out paperwork online before my visit. At the end of the paperwork, I was prompted to pay $1,000.00. I called and inquired about the payment and the cost of a typical office visit. I spoke with Taylor, who stated: "It all depends on what is done." I was in and out very quickly. It was a very embarrassing situation but both the doctor and the nurse were very professional and kind. I appreciated that.
