To schedule an appt. you have to expect to stay on the phone for at least 30 minutes. Then if they ask to transfer you (DON'T) because they will hang up on you. This happens every time you call to get an appt. Expect to wait at leat 2-3 week for an appt. Something goes wrong every time. Either test or procedures are changed (always something). They are aware of the problem but refuse to do anything about it.

The wait to schedule a simple appointment was almost 30 minutes. The doctor I had seen wasn't available until December. People don't call urologists casually enough to wait 90 days.

I absolutely love this place! Dr. Cram is amazing and when you walk into the office of both Mooresville and Huntersville location everyone is so nice and dedicated on making you better. After going to several urology offices and no answers, someone had referred me to here and I’m happy and on the road to finally getting better!

This doctor is excellent, gets his patients in and out very quickly and professionally He did a catheter on me where the bladder was very difficult to locate and told me what to expect afterwards. I have all the confidence in him Rate him an A plus!
