What's sad about this is, the people of Concord/Kannapolis have just two Urology Clinics they can go to. And unfortunately, the patient reviews for this clinic are just as bad at the other one at Gateway. It's a shame. We need and deserve better than this!

I can't believe anyone would want to go there. For over a year they say they have been working on their app so that you can communicate with the urologist. You have no way to send your urologist a message after hours. You can't leave a voicemail and they don't have a MyChart that works. I would never go to a place that I cannot send a message after hours! They are pathetic

"Dr". Rodney Smith was the after hours on call Dr. he return my call after 50 minutes of me calling because my father had prostate removal surgery and hit catheter was blocked. The professionalism that this Dr. gave me was HORRIBLE he screamed at me told me that he didn't care what Dr. Buzzeo had said and done that he did not treated my father and have him lift his legs and rest AND HANG THE PHONE ON ME!. Was scheduled for an appointment at 1020. I arrived prior to this time, they called me back around 1030, where a nurse took my vitals and told me the Doctor would be in to see me shortly. At 1130 no one had came in to see me. At 1150 no one had came in to see me. I got up and told one of the nurses I was leaving. All she said was ok, did not ask why etc...
