Medication should have been called in all week- Call Friday and finally spoke to someone and expressed we needed the medication. She said she’s about to leave and not sure when it will be called in. I’m in health care- this is NOT acceptable

They accepted me under my insurance, took my copay and did an expensive CT scan. After the fact they said they did not except my insurance anymore and will not see me unless I pay over $ 1000 for the test. Now they are trying to collect the debt which occurred in 2014 from my state tax. They are a terrible choice for care and Dr. Buzzio is a poor professional.

Most of the staff at the front desk is in their own world and as they are doing their personal things, the line backs up. Then Everyone tells you different things from the front desk to medical team.

I when there I was in so much pain knowing I had a stone they said they needed to take it out at this time lets do it the pain is so great so I did it they took it out and I did know they were going to put a stent in but they never told me that the stent would hut worse than the stone im having to take pain pills for the stent . come on people be up front if I knew what I know now I would never got it done.....
