Doesn't consistently pick up trash. So far, 2 of 4 collections my bin was full after it was put out the night before pick up day. Can't get anyone on the phone to get someone out to pick it up. I'm forced to pay for this service and they don't even perform it.

These are honest to God, the worst waste management people I have ever had to deal with. There have been multiple times where they just don’t pick up our garbage. And there’s even more times that trash is scattered along the road, no I don’t mean all of it but still. There are even times where the can is still half full after pick up. Calling the provider themselves absolutely does nothing. We never had these problems until they took over the coats area.

Carolina Trash and Septic offers reliable service at a reasonable rate. I moved to Angier in September, 2025 and originally had a different company for trash pickup. I initially used a service based out of Clayton. I won’t give out their name, but they were completely unreliable. I immediately switched to Carolina Trash and Septic, and it was like night and day. I also follow them on Facebook. Thank you for providing quality, reliable service to my residence.

Always picks up on time but is SO loud it wakes up our entire house at 4:30am. The other trash company that comes in the neighborhood the day before makes almost no noise. We're going to have to switch based on this alone and hope the rest of the neighborhood does too so we can sleep
