we were customers of Carolina for years- our trash wasn’t picked up twice recently with absolutely no explanation. when I called, I got the runaround & never a straight answer.. customer service is not something this company values anymore. additionally, our can was always left 1/2 way in the road or blocking our driveway. we left and went with a reputable company who values their customers! do not recommend at all!!
I don't use this trash service but I FIlm Garbage Trucks and want to know if your curbtenders are still in service. I have been looking all over for curbtenders and are trying to get a video for my YouTube channel.
They don’t value customer loyalty in my opinion. My advice would be go with another sanitation company
I’ve been in my house for 2 months and paid for trash and recycle & they have not taken my recycle yet! I still have boxes in the can from when I moved in! I work from home and watched them come through the neighborhood and purposefully skipped me and the neighbors in front and side of me. They also had the audacity to give me a filthy trash can.
