Not a very customer oriented service. We barely missed the trash truck on the regular day so I called the office to try and catch them to see if they could swing by and I was told that wouldn’t be an option unless we felt like paying a crazy fee.
They pick up my trash and recycling every week without a hitch. They cleaned out the septic tank, and closed the gates before they left. Pricing is great. Customer service is great. Thanks!
Good service when they decide to pick the trash up. They’re really bad about skipping weeks and not picking up on holiday weeks so trash will pile up
