Bad service. They don’t pick up your trash for weeks and make up excuses.
If I could give 0 stars in order to write the review, I would. Being frustrated is an understatement. I'm not sure if the company changed management, ownership or just the drivers but service has not been the same in the past year. This month alone I've had to call and let them know my trash was not picked up. This last time is what made me aggravated and upset. Earlier this month, they didn't pick up our trash when I called the rep gives you a "script" of reasons why they didn't pick up but can see they came by my house. Ok... read more
This is an outstanding company! I highly recommend you use their services! We have been doing business with Carolina Trash & Septic since they opened. We have been so very pleased and they will go the extra mile for their customers! Best Company ever!!!!
We pay for their services and they do as much or as little as they want. I'm not one to complain but over the last few years they have skipped my house entirely on more than one occasion. At one point they said I left my trash "too close to an intersection". This morning I find that the bag that was sitting on top of the trash can is now laying next to it. Maybe Angier should get a new contract so we can get what we pay for.
We are very happy with the garbage service in Coats, NC. Thank you Carolina Trash!
