They come when scheduled BUT they continually put the trash can back in the MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY when they get done. I live on a busy road and can’t turn in the driveway after they come. It’s ridiculous. I’ve called several times over the years and even put a note on my trashcan to please stop blocking my driveway. No change. IF they can get the trash can off to the side after dumping it, I’d give 5 stars.
On several occasions our trash hasn’t been picked up although we place the can out the night before. A total of 6 times I have had to call and 5 of the 6 the camera footage they pulled showed the driver just passed by our can and didn’t pick it up. On some occasions you can see he clearly grabbed my neighbors which is placed less than 6 inches beside mine and dumped his but not ours. Been with them since they started great company
Carolina Trash & Septic are exceptional. I have used them for my garbage service for almost 10 yrs and they have pumped my septic tanks. Give these guys a try you wont be disappointed.
