I got a 2003 avlanch from a dealer in Robbinsville NC they told me it had a new rebuilt transmission from carolina transmission with a 12 mounth warranting. How about the truck in June the transmission license until January 1st I have 14 thousand miles on the transmission now I'm having to spend $1,800 for a new transmission. They did just enough to the transmission last 12,000 miles then they don't really care after that.
Had a transmission rebuilt last year and now 14 months later it’s broken. ( 2 Mo out of warranty ) so not real happy with having to pay again. If I would have know that a local recommended shop wouldn’t stand behind their work I would have just sold the vehicle or bought a new tranny. Oh good luck with the free towing, I was told to bring it in myself. Very disappointed with these guys.
