Chris is the man!! Showed up and got right to work no games. I had a faulty brake air chamber on the trailer, he got me back on the road in no time. Truly professional at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend. Thank you Carolina trailer!
This shop is a hidden treasure. They immediately started working on my trailer. I was in and out in no time. Martin truly knows everything trailer related. It was a pleasure speaking to him. These guys and this company is one of a kind. You can tell they care about their customers. 10 stars!
I never do this unless service is top notch and here it really was. Trailer valve replaced with in less then 30 min. Saved us soo much time. Shops saved and will work with them in future as well
Martin and his team - have been nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were in such an unexpected situation needing a new axle for a boat trailer. Martin came out, measured the axle, assisted with ordering a new one. He also was able to get the time frame reduced from 5 weeks to 2. If I could add another star I would. Guys showed up on time and ready to work so that I could get back on the road. They were informative, even went beyond to make sure my trailer was safe and road ready. Glad to see some people really care about customer service and the integrity of their word still! Highly recommend!
