We stopped in Carolina Tire Company our tire was low and needed to be plugged. Omar and His Team took Great care of My Wife and I. His Hospitality was truly felt, We were in and out within 30 Minutes and We talked and hang out Together in the Lobby while Our SUV was getting Repaired. Thanks Omar Russ and Leslie Ratelle
We ran into a nail while away on vacation, which could have completely ruined our trip. Thankfully, we brought our car here and the team couldn't have been more helpful. They got us right in, patched the tire quickly, and got us back on the road without any stress. The customer service especially Cody, was superfriendly, honest, and super efficient. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of us so quickly—highly recommend!
Great people who work here, had to get my car towed unsure what the issue was. Immediately took a look, and met me with kindness! They were able to diagnose and fix my issue within five hours!
Super long wait time just to change tires,so I left.
Great experience.
