This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever done business with. Please do your research people this isn’t the company you want to use for your event!!!! Please review all the other reviews of this company in recent weeks. I’m not the only one with a horrible experience!!!! Keanu is the worst CSR I have ever spoken with on the phone!!!! They destroyed my yard by driving their box truck on my grass! I wish it would let upload pictures to prove my statement.

Absolutely terrible company. Please read this and be warned. Never use these people for your wedding. They didn’t listen, lied, didn’t follow through, didn’t do anything right, and never did anything right. There is nothing good about them. Please use someone else.

Absolutely awful service. Showed up to set up tent a day and a half late and because of that all our decorations and vendors were pushed back and not done in time for wedding. She told my wife we would get half back for the refund and then only got 10% back. They are late picking the tent back up as well. No professionalism. No good customer service. Do not recommend.

I first reached out to Carolina tent about 5 months ago to set up rentals. It was in the contract that they would deliver the tent 2 days before our wedding @ 10 AM - by 12 I called them and asked where they were and was told they’d be there soon. By 2 pm, still no tent. I finally called back and was told they could not bring tent till the next day. I was told by Keanu that we would get a full refund or half. We only received 10% refund. I rented from this company for my son’s graduation in 2017. Excellent service smooth set up and take down. Very professional.
