Staff and Dr Owsley, in my experience were very competent, kind and compassionate and helpful in every way planning my specific dental needs. I highly recommend!.
Excellent patient service from the receptionist to the assistant and of course Dr Owsley who greets his patients like he saw you yesterday.
The doctor did not fully explain the process of an implant with me. When I had a portion of the implant fall out. His staff was rude and unhelpful. They told me to calm down when I was crying in pain. That was after they hung up on me. When I called back upset at my treae t they said I needed tk be nice to get their help. Not professional not even kind. The woman who I spoke to was Jane and she should not have a public let alone patient facing job. We had the best experience here, everyone was very pleasant, and welcoming and Dr Owsley did an excellent job. If you want good care this is the place to go.
