Sent wrong insurance code to hospital. Insurance covers the procedure but refused coverage because of wrong code. After 6 months, hospital has not received correct code. Dr. claims he is not responsible, since he outsources billing. Refuses to correct problem. I am out of pocket $$$ for a covered procedure, because they refuse to submit correct information to hospital.
There is no man or beast born yet I'm scared of.....but put me in a hospital or in front of doctor and I'm terrified beyond reason. Then along came Dr. Tolmos, who eased my fear, told me exactly what to expect, answered my ridiculous questions (with the patience of a saint), and kept a healthy dose of humor added for me to retain my sanity. He is very patient, very good at what he does, and goes to any length needed to keep the safety, and comfort of his patients first and foremost.
He's just a really great Dr. personable, helpful not at all condescending as some can be. He will be missed in Seneca when he leaves.
